If you want to make an occasional espresso and do not want to invest money in an automatic espresso machine, you need to get an Aerobics AeroPress.
Like a giant syringe, AeroPress works with the pressure important for espresso making and is created manually when you push the plunger down.
As you can see in the video, this is a very low tech and practical brewing method. And it’s small enough to carry anywhere, as long as you have access to hot water.
In fact, I often take my own AeroPress with me when I travel with some ground coffee in a sealed container.
Most hotels have coffee machines in the room, so I use it to heat the water, but then make my coffee with AeroPress. The difference in quality is amazing.
While a shot from AeroPress can pass like espresso, I myself produce the shot and then fill it up with hotter water in the mug to create a wonderful Americano.
In other words, a fantastic cup of coffee.
Aeropress has a large number among coffee enthusiasts.
There are now AeroPress brewing competitions taking place all over the world.
Just as baristas can win prizes for getting the best pictures of espresso, coffee lovers can now win prizes for the best espresso or coffee made with an AeroPress brewer.
For you and me, it’s enough to know that Aeropress really makes very good coffee. We can use it at home or put it in our luggage when we travel.
This is about as simple as coffee machines can be.
You can buy AeroPress at Amazon.com.
The hand coffee grinder in the picture is Kyocera ceramic coffee grinder.
The perfect companion for your Aeropress.
